Who doesn't love a good party?!!  These full size templates will give your party kit just the zazzle and fun it needs.  The download contains a balloon with or without star, circle, or stripe pattern, a balloon string, a candle, both diamond and circle confetti, and of course I couldn't forget the words Happy Birthday.
